I'm so glad you've stopped by my blog! I am a Women's Minister and a former Pastor's Wife. I love finding God in my regular-everyday-stuff. I struggle with keeping up with the laundry, I love blogging, and my kids are my first line of ministry. I am recently widowed. So God and I are on a brand new journey as I try to find peace and understanding. Please grab a cup of coffee and let's get to know one another as we journey on our faith walk together.

The Mission Field of W-127

I'm drawn to my blog this morning... even though I only have a few moments.  Today will be short and sweet.  I desperately want to share with you all how my first week as a teacher went... and the journey that I know lies ahead of me - but I will have to save that for another day.

After only 1 week, I know that I have been given a huge responsibility.  An incredible mission field.  W-127.  This is my room number at the high school.  At this time - there's no need for me to go to a foreign country... I only need to walk down the hall to my room to experience those who are in need of a light and a real hope!

I have many prayers for my students.  This verse talks about just one... being unveiled to the hope that lies within me.

2 Corinthians 3:12-13(a) (ESV)
Since we have such a hope, we are very bold,
not like Moses who would put a veil over his face...

I want the students and fellow teachers to see the light of Christ in me on my good days and even on my bad days.

Today is just a simple message...

Remember your hope.
Be bold!
Be unveiled for Christ!
