However, this week I only exercised 2 days and had a few candy bars! I NEVER DO THIS!!!
So I'm taking this weekend to "get it all out of my system"! No more excuses.
How do you pull yourself out of a slump and into ENERGY?
Feel free to ask me on Monday how it's going - because I'm determined that it will be filled with passion... and running... and weights... and carrots... and wheat thin crackers (only 8, instead of the whole bag)... and lots and lots of water (instead of a Coke)... and well... I'll share more on Monday!
Okay... I've got to go enjoy the weekend now!

I'd tell you how to get out of the rut if I weren't in it myself. I just have to get up and go sometimes when I get here...now just to get the "up and go" part going.....
So funny. I saw the Reese's and remembered how I asked my hubby to pick up one of those 1 lb. plus Belgium milk chocolate blocks from Trader Joe's last night. I only ate a few squares but it sure was good. I read once that we crave chocolate because we are low on magnesium. When we are under stress our magnesium gets used up quickly. Sounds good, huh?

That is a great question. I am not sure that I am good at that. I usually veg out and feel better the next day. :) I should work out though.

I'm TRYING to get better about eating healthier, getting UP in the mornings, and running regularly. This week didn't go so well for me either... starting fresh on Monday!
Oh mannn those recees bars are looking mighty fine to me right now. I'm on day day of no caffeine and it's about to kill me. I started weight watchers last week for the first time ever and so nothing but numbers are in my head right now. I'm overwhelmed with it all honestly but I have to do something. I should be running on the treadmill but I can't lick this horrible headache. Maybe tomorrow....oh, tomorrow is pot luck lunch after church....can we say 1,000 points on my plate? Arg. I look forward to checking in next week to see how you're doing and if you have any healthy tips.
